To access the event you need to download the Collision app when it is released. You do not need a printed ticket. Your tickets will be available to scan into the event from the app via a QR code. Just bring your government-approved photo ID along with you and you will be good to go during registration!

A standard Collision ticket grants you entry to Collision 2019 May 20 – May 23 as well as access to more than 12 conference tracks, satellite events, networking events and Night Summit parties. For any ticket enquiries email tickets@collisionconf.com.

A women in tech ticket is the equivalent to a standard general attendee ticket and entitles you to entry to Collision 2019 between May 20 – 23 as well as access to Collision satellite events, networking events and parties.

There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to Collision using our attendee app, which will be released closer to the time of the event. Just make sure to bring your government-approved photo ID along to receive your accreditation. Check out our registration blog for more information.

Unfortunately not. We have a strict no refunds policy, which you can find in our terms and conditions. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund. You can, however, change the name on your ticket prior to the event and have someone else go in your place. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us at info@collisionconf.com for more information.

As specified in our terms and conditions, you cannot sell your Collision ticket. Tickets found to have been resold will be voided and the owner will be denied access to the event. This also applies to our subsidised tickets (e.g., women in tech).

You can reassign your ticket to another person through a link in your confirmation email. If you are unsure, contact us at info@collisionconf.com.

You can find your invoice in your confirmation email, which you would have received shortly after purchasing your ticket. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us at info@collisionconf.com for assistance.
