A general attendee ticket allows you access to over 12 conference tracks, plus access to our after hours events like Night Summit and Pub Summit. You can also use the Collision app to contact and chat with other attendees through our app.
For any ticket enquires email email@example.com.
After you’ve purchased your ticket, you will be sent a confirmation email with your order information and your receipt. The email will contain a link to assign your tickets, and you’ll need to assign them by filling in the ticketholder’s information. Tickets must be fully assigned in order for them to be used. If you can no longer attend the conference, you may reassign your ticket to someone else within 30 days of purchase. Inside your confirmation email, there will be a button titled “View order.” Click on that and you’ll see a list of your tickets, which you can edit and assign to the attendees of your choice.
We don’t offer one-day tickets. However, you can see more details into the different ticket types on offer on our ticket page.
You can find your receipt in your confirmation email, titled “Your 2019 Collision Confirmation & Receipt,” which you would have received shortly after purchasing your ticket. If you can’t locate your confirmation email, you can look up all your order information using the Tito lookup tool. If you’re having difficulty using Tito, follow this short video.

A ‘women in tech’ ticket is equivalent to a general attendee ticket and entitles you to entry to Collision 2020 between June 22-25, as well as access to Collision satellite events, networking events, and parties.
Refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase. To avail of a refund, please contact the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. After 14 days, Collision has a strict no-refund policy, which you can find in the terms and conditions. If you’ve secured a complimentary ticket, but had already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund. You can, however, change the name on your ticket prior to the event and have someone else go in your place.
As specified in Collision’s terms and conditions, you can’t sell your Collision ticket. Tickets found to have been resold will be voided and the owner will be denied access to the event. This also applies to any subsidised tickets (e.g., women in tech).
Each ticket holder must collect their own accreditation, presenting their personal QR code and government approved photo ID at registration.
Each ticket is only valid to be used by one person for the duration of the conference and can’t be shared.
We would be happy to accommodate your needs. You can find more information in Collision’s accessibility FAQ. Please fill out the accessibility form at the bottom of the FAQ page for assistance.
