To access the event you need to download the Collision app when it is released. You do not need a printed ticket. Your tickets will be available to scan into the event from the app via a QR code. Just bring your government-approved photo ID along with you and you will be good to go during registration!
A women in tech ticket is the equivalent to a standard general attendee ticket and entitles you to entry to Collision 2019 May 20 – May 23 as well as access to Collision satellite events, networking events and parties.
There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to Collision using our attendee app, which will be released closer to the time of the event. Just make sure to bring your government-approved photo ID along so you can receive your accreditation. Check out our previous blog for more information about registration.
Unfortunately not. We have a strict no refunds policy, which you can find in our Terms and Conditions. You can, however, change the name on your ticket prior to the event, and have someone else go in your place. This is not applicable to subsidised tickets such as women in tech. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
As laid out in our terms and conditions, you cannot sell your Collision ticket. Doing so will result in a void ticket and the ticket holder will not gain entry into the event. This also applies to our subsidised tickets (e.g. women in tech). If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
You can watch this short video to guide you through the simple process of reassigning your ticket.
You can find your invoice in your ticket confirmation email. You would have received this after you purchased. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
While we will not engage directly with your relevant embassy, we will happily send you an invitation letter once you purchase your ticket. To receive your letter, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference. Please note that your embassy will require notice before issuing your visa.
We would be happy to accommodate your needs. Please email email@example.com where the team can advise you further.
