In accordance with the terms and conditions, you can receive a full refund if you request to cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking your ticket. We have a strict no-refund policy after this date.


If you can no longer attend Collision, you are free to change the name your ticket to a friend or colleague, provided you have not yet logged into the Collision mobile app.
