You will need your ticket reference to sign-in. This can be found in your confirmation email or on your ticket dashboard.


Once you have signed in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner. 
Click ‘Request invitation letter’ on the drop-down menu. You will be prompted to fill in your information, including your passport number and date of birth. Click ‘Apply’ to save your details. 
You will receive your letter by email to the email address associated with your ticket. 

You can only apply for this letter once, so it is important that you enter your information correctly.
