To reassign your ticket, you can do so from the order confirmation email with the subject line "Your 2020 Collision order". Within this email, you'll have a summary of your order and a link to your receipt. Click the "View order" button; a new window will open with a list of "your tickets". You can then view, edit, and/or assign the individual tickets in your order. 

If you cannot find the email with your ticket confirmation, you can look up your order link using the Tito (our ticket system) look-up tool here: https://lookup.tito.io/.  


You cannot transfer your ticket to someone else if you have already registered at the event with that ticket. Once registered at the venue, tickets cannot be reassigned or transferred. You can learn more in our terms and conditions.
