There will be wifi throughout the venue. The media village will have its own dedicated wifi SSID. There will also be a number of hard wire cables at the work tables in the media village.
Yes. The media page will be updated regularly throughout the event.
This page will feature news announcements, press releases startups, partners, and investors attending Collision, along with photography from the on-stage sessions. We encourage you to visit it to ensure you get the most from your time at Collision.
Generally, we do not cover flight costs for media.
Generally, we do not cover accommodation expenses for the event. However, we have some discounted hotel packages available which you can see here.
The Collision app can be downloaded from the App Store or the Google Play store. If your phone doesn’t support our app, you can access your registration QR code through my.collisionconf.com. Just use your booking reference and email address to log in and either present the QR code on your phone screen or print it off before you arrive. If you have any trouble logging in please contact email@example.com.
Your ticket is in your app in the form of a QR code. To gain access to the event, you will need to download the Collision app from the Google Play Store or the App Store (if you do not use a smartphone you can approach ticket support at registration where our staff will assist you).
To access the app, please enter your email and your ticket reference which will be similar to ABCD-1. Your QR code can be found within the app in the “More” section under registration.
You must present your QR code and a photo ID at registration to receive your accreditation.
Acceptable photo ID:
• Passport/Government ID.
Yes, you can also collect your accreditation at the Forum & media registration in Enercare Centre.

Our speakers team are always excited to hear from new people, and we’re always looking to collaborate with more founders and CEOs to create engaging content for our attendees.
You can apply to speak through our speaker application form on our website. The speakers team will be in touch with you directly if they feel there’s a good fit.
If you are selected to speak you will receive VIP access to lounges and meeting areas, invites to exclusive dinners and drinks receptions, as well as one guest ticket for a person of your choosing.
Once you submit an application, it is assessed by our speakers team. They will respond to successful applicants as soon as possible.
Yes. As a speaker, you are entitled to one speaker guest pass to Collision for the entirety of the conference. Your guest must register via a link we will provide closer to the event. Your guest will have access to the conference as well as Forum for the duration of the event.

The Collision app enables you to chat with other attendees before, during and after the conference. You can also browse the attendee database in the app and set up meetings in advance to help ensure your time in Toronto is as productive as possible. Scan the QR codes of attendees you meet at the conference and download a CSV of these contacts after the event so you can keep in touch.
